The UAE Public Prosecution has recently issued a warning to residents, reminding them to avoid advocating or promoting unlicensed fundraising efforts.
In accordance with Article 46 of Federal Decree Law No. 34 of 2021, only licensed entities are allowed to publish or promote fundraising materials with the approval of designated authorities. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in penalties.”
